As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all paid media activities that is outsourced to agencies. You need to be an excellent communicator with experience managing paid media campaigns & budgets.

Are you an agency side Account Manager or Senior Executive looking to move inhouse? This could be the perfect role for you!

• Working with the agency to bring in new customers through digital paid media channels across the UK and Ireland: Social (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok), Search and Shopping, YouTube, Display and other ad hoc channels in line with the performance marketing strategy
• Use a data-centred approach to make optimisations across channels and ensure effective implementation of changes as directed by trading and commercial requirements
• Own the weekly reporting, supported by the agency, with a keen eye for detail and ability to thoroughly interrogate the results, spotting opportunities for growth and removing pockets of inefficiency
• Grow our referral marketing and affiliate channel
• Collaborate with internal brand comms team ensuring creatives are properly briefed, adhere to best practice, operate a test and learn mentality, and continually strive to deliver the best results for the platform they are created for
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure tracking is fit for purpose and troubleshoot where necessary by directing external agencies
• Continually strive for professional growth and development, be unafraid to challenge the status quo
