We are working to recruit for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team and drive to a more successful customer experience and therefore increase profitability across the brand.

Key requirements:

We are looking for a multi-channel marketer who has excellent stakeholder management skills and is dedicated to customer centric marketing. With line management of one Coordinator this would be an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive.

• Have responsibility for a large number of the companies franchise within set regions of the UK.
• Drive performance through improving the customer journey and customer experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to be a go to on the franchises you support
• Using insights provide recommendations on all aspects of the marketing activity that can improve the in franchise experience
• Instil best practise across the franchises
• Understand and be the specialist in the local marketing activity for each individual branch
• Manage a coordinator who will support your team
• Work closely with external stakeholders
• Report on marketing activity using data insights

Candidate criteria:

• Multi-channel marketer with experience across traditional and digital marketing but with a strong customer centric passion
• Strategic and tactical delivery experience
• Commercially led
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Data and insight experience
• Good attention to detail
• Experience in line management
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
