Gleeson Recruitment Group have partnered with a leading West Midlands financial services business to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive at a time of significant development for the company.

This is a multi-channel role, perfect for someone with a full marketing mix; from supporting on the website, CMS & emails through to supporting on PPC & social media - this role has a lot to offer!

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Marketing Executive to take the next step within their career in a dynamic working environment. This role will allow the successful candidate to work autonomously, yet still in a supportive environment.

The role:

• Support the Social Media Manager with content opportunities
• Take ownership of workstreams and marketing projects
• Support with brand / acquisition campaign's
• Work on improving customer journeys in both online and offline capacities
• Support on web engagement & SEO
• Support with written and video content
• Own the third-party relationships and lead generation / profile building
• Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders to create campaigns

The candidate:

• A background in the financial services or a regulated industry is desirable
• Demonstrable experience working with the full marketing mix
• Good knowledge of campaign and brand management
• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience of CMS systems
• Experience with Google Analytics
