High profile, Midlands based PLC is looking for additional legal resource due to the launch of a major transformation and compliance project.
The role is for an initial 9 months (although likely to be extended or made permanent) and is to assist the small nimble team with additional project work.
It will include
-Broad commercial contract matters to include (but not limited to) customer and service agreements, outsourcing and SaaS arrangements
-Developing and managing standard templates and promoting efficiency's
-Managing some external disputes, working with panel lawyers where necessary
-Managing ongoing regulatory requirements and compliance
The FT salary will be up to c.75-80k plus benefits. Start date ideally Oct/Nov
We are open minded on background, sector experience or level, although experience working in-house in a commercial role will be needed.
Flexible on working arrangements - could be hybrid, office or even remote depending on your circumstances, although I would suggest perhaps being able to get to the office in the West/East Midlands location relatively easily for the occasional project meeting would be beneficial.
