Reporting into the HR Director, you will lead the team of HR Business Partners, as well as having a client group to partner with.
The management and development of your team is a key element of the role, as well as building excellent relations with your stakeholders.This will include Leadership Development, Performance, Engagement, as well as inputting into the HR strategy.
Having operated as a Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR, you will have managed teams previously, and have a strong track record in delivering business objectives in an ever-changing environment. You will be used to using large amounts of data to support your decision-making. CIPD Level 7, or equivalent.
