Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner, £42-45k + Benefits, looking for an opportunity to work within a well-established, prestigious organisation? The role will be hybrid between Birmingham based, and home-based.
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner across a range of business areas partnering with the Directors within those areas. With two reports, you will work closely with your stakeholders and provide advice and guidance around key areas including Employee Relations, Restructuring, TUPE, and Engagement.
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, you will have the credibility as an experienced HR Business Partner to work at Director level, ideally with some experience of managing small teams.
