Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to join a business at a time of change and growth? Are you keen to work with a Senior Management Team to shape and develop the people strategy for site? Once restrictions are lifted the role will be based East Cambridge. Salary up to £63k.
As Senior HR Business Partner you will work with the MD, and Senior Managers to ensure that the People strategy supports business change to enable growth and an improvement in productivity. Key to the role will be organisational development, integration of the site, and reviewing the Reward structure and strategy.
CIPD level 7, or equivalent you will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner, who is commercially focused, with strong capability with both organisational design and reward. You will want to be part of a larger, collaborative HR team and be excited by the prospect of taking this site on a journey of change and development.
