Role remit covers the West Midlands, with a Birmingham base. Hybrid working 1-2 days per week on site.
If so, my client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR team, to partner with one of the business areas.
Within this business area you will develop strong partner relationships with their existing Unions to enable and facilitate organisational change. Partnering with Operational Directors you will advice and guide across business change, organisational design, potential acquisitions, complex employee relations, engagement and performance.
As an experienced Senior HR Business Partner you will be able to demonstrate a track record of developing positive Union and Senior Stakeholder relations.
