A great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner has arisen within this growing organisation. Salary up to £70k + Car/Allowance/ Bonus etc.
Hybrid working - with National travel - 2-3 days per week.
Working in partnership with the MD and Senior Leadership team, across this nationally, multi-sited business you will advise and facilitate, supporting a growing organisation, workforce planning and resourcing, facilitating cultural change and coaching and developing Managers through this transformation. You will also support the additional development of Succession Planning and Talent Management conversations and identifying skills gaps and supporting the future-proofing of the organisation.
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be able to influence, prioritise and facilitate the People agenda across your business area. You will have a strong track record of building Senior relationships. You must be happy to travel nationally on a weekly basis, with a couple of days working from home.
