Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

Location: Worcester

Salary: £31,000 plus benefits

Hours: 39.5 hours per week on site

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a family run retail business, based in Worcester, to find a Senior HR Advisor to lead on some exciting projects. You will be based on-site with some flexibility around hours.

The role will involve:

- supporting recruitment into the business

- providing onboarding support to new starters

- maintaining and updated HR systems

- leading on HR Projects including new systems, Acquisitions, HR process evaluations and more

- supporting in Employee Relations

- and much more!

Ideally, to support you in this role, you will have:

- Experience of working to a senior advisor (or equivalent) level

- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent

- A highly organised approach with analytical capabilities

- Excellent communication skills

- Resilience and positivity

- Strong customer focus
