Senior Facilities Manager - Up to £65,000 (plus equity) - Derbyshire - Hybrid working

We are supporting an international brand with their need to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Facilities and Maintenance, and you will be based at a brand-new distribution centre in Derbyshire. This will suit someone who is has extensive FM experience ideally within a warehouse environment (refrigerator experience is a must). This role offers an opportunity be heavily involved in project management and a lot of autonomy.

Duties & Responsibilities; (Full job description available)

Initially you will be heavily involved in the build process of a new distribution centre - working closely with the property team on the design, fit out and implementation. It will then be your duty to take responsibility of the facilities management systems, operations, contract administrations of refrigerated building projects, compliance checks, contractor management and undertaking small-medium capex projects within a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience;

  • Proven FM experience
  • Refrigerated food facility experience (preferable)
  • Ability to run multiple projects and prioritise within agreed timelines and budgets
  • CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) experience
