Our client is a leading national managing agent with over 25 offices and 1,000 employees across the UK. Working with clientele across retail, commercial and industrial sectors they have an outstanding reputation both as service provider and employer. You now have the opportunity to join this great business as Senior Facilities Manager based from either Leeds or Sheffield looking after around 15 sites across retail, industrial and commercial sectors.
The role
- Management of a portfolio of properties and the delivery of the agreed services to each site
- Deliver a consistently high standard of Facilities Management service within a predefined scope to unmanned properties
- Work collaboratively with wider Commercial Property Management colleagues
- Coordinate the operational day to day aspects of building management including the management of contractors organising planned and unscheduled maintenance and reactive works
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant queries and escalation from the Service Desk. The use of the CAFM systems such as Elogbooks or Meridian are included within this role

About you
- Some FM experience or background in a related FM discipline
- Working towards Affiliate IWFM or AssocIWFM qualification
- Some H&S experience and prepared to undertake the IOSH certificate within 6 months of appointment
- Comfortable with using software and managing budget
