What this role will entail.
Within your role as a Senior Estates Surveyor you will hold responsibility for the company's commercial and residential property portfolio by managing tenants, taking ownership for rent reviews and lease renewals from inception to completion, management & development of the property database, Resolving operational problems within a live retail environment quickly and efficiently ensuring that you minimise disruption and cost to the business, Take responsibility for any financial aspects of the role including service charge, checking invoices are accurate and securing refunds and over payments from third party companies.
What is ideal to succeed within this role.
The ideal Senior Estates Surveyor will be MRICS and have good negotiation skills as well as being a self-starter with a proven record in a similar industry, this role will involve travel around the UK so you will show flexibility and willingness to travel in a hands-on role.
