Job Title: Senior ER Specialist

Location: Home based but travel required to London and the South when necessary

Salary: up to £62,000

Benefits: Car or Car Allowance (£6600) plus annual bonus up to 22.5%

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a national organisation to find a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join their successful ER function.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- line manage ER specialists across London and the South

- ensuring first-class ER advice and support

- coaching, developing and empowering the ER Specialists in all aspects of the ER cycle

- identifying and developing KPIs

- building credible and lasting relationships with senior leaders and senior stakeholders

- being first-line for all Trade Union related matters, including escalations, pay negotiations, trade disputes and more

- supporting on complex and escalated employee relations

Ideally, you will have:

- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent

- proven experience in an HR/ER role withing an unionised and regulated environment

- previous experience of leading a team

- experience of high level, escalated and complex ER

- experience with organisational change through TUPE, redundancies and contractual variations

- experience of partnering with trade unions and a good understanding of trade union framework and collective bargaining
