I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a dynamic and fast paced retail business based in Tamworth. Due to a sustained period of growth this is a brand new role to the business, and will be responsible for creating engaging marketing campaigns and strategies across digital channels to drive to drive ecommerce growth and brand awareness.

You will be working with brand and design team to bring marketing activities to life, support product launches and drive sales on the ecommerce website. This is a truly exciting role, working across a portfolio of high growth brands - this role will suit someone who is creative, commercially driven and ready for their next challenge.

The Role:

  • Supporting the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to manager with delivering the overall digital marketing strategy across a range of channels.
  • Implement engaging marketing activities to drive brand awareness and increase ecommerce conversion rate.
  • Work with brand managers and product managers to ensure all marketing activity is aligned to the brand strategy and growth objectives.
  • Daily management of the CMS platform, including content upload and customer journey.
  • Manage all promotional activity across the website, social media channels and email.
  • Ensure all written content is within brand guidelines and is SEO optimised.
  • Manage the ecommerce platform, measuring success through conversion rates, sales and ROI.
  • Work with the PPC agency to ensuring effective performance and that they are adding value.
  • Brief in designers to bring marketing activities to life.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar B2C marketing role - ideally within an Ecommerce business.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Commercially driven and creative - with the ability to bring new ideas to the table and try new things.
  • Results driven.
  • a good understanding of digital channels including web, social, PPC, SEO and email.
