The role:

We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join a nationwide recognised retailer on a 12 month FTC basis. As as Senior CRM Executive, you will be working within a large retail organisation that are present online and in store and supporting the CRM team with enhancing and optimising existing communications.

This company is currently working towards a transformation that enhances the customer journey and this role will be pivotal in this project. You will be working closely with the Digital and CRM/CX team to deliver this.

Key requirements:

  • Work with the team to support and create email communications and work with the wider teams (CRM, CX, Digital and Category) to deliver on brand, informative communications
  • Support and build campaigns with wider teams Marketing Executive
  • Optimise the automated communication programmes and campaigns when required
  • Create dynamic and personalised campaigns as well as test and report back to ensure campaign delivers successful results
  • Use segmentation techniques to create targets email campaigns
  • Analyse data to ensure communications are running as successfully as possible and provide recommendations for enhanced performance
  • Work with outside agencies to increase optimisation
  • Ensure all communications are in line with brand guidelines
  • Keep up to date with competitor retailers
  • Assist in development of the CRM strategy

Candidate criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience with Email Marketing software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytically minded and experience with reporting and providing actions from data to improve current services
  • Excellent copy writing and communications skills
  • Able to work well as a team
