Our client is an exciting Project and Cost Management consultancy who work with clientele across the retail, hospitality, leisure, education and healthcare sectors. Having recently opened a new office in Leeds you will join an exciting and agile SME business that employs approximately 70 people in an office that is looking to grow and currently has a team of 6. We are looking for outstanding Cost Managers at Cost Manager, Senior Cost Manager and Associate Director level.

Whilst our client already has significant relationships and a high volume of work in the aforementioned sectors, there is also the opportunity for you to leverage your own contacts, make your mark and progress within their business - they have a platform for you to shine!


Cost Manager minimum requirements:
* Consultancy OR Client-side background in retail, hospitality, leisure, education or healthcare
* 5+ years of Cost Management experience
* MRICS or MCIOB is preferred but not essential
* Experience of leading client meetings, managing stakeholders
* Proven ability to provide cost management and/ or EA services either client-side or on behalf of a client base.
* Experience of varying contract types
* A sharp, ambitious and committed team player


Our client is flexible on the level at which they are looking to hire, from Cost Manager to Associate Director level you can expect a salary ranging from £45-75,000 dependent on your level of experience and contribution.
