I am delighted to be working with a leading Birmingham law firm who are looking to hire a Conveyancing Manager to take on a key, senior role within their Commercial Property team. With this role, they are looking for someone with a strong track record in people management. You will have teams beneath you who focus on different areas of the conveyancing process including Help to Buy and Plot Sales. Ideally you will have good technical experience in these areas and be able to work with clients to help them understand processes, manage client expectations and help develop new relationships.

You will be confident in managing people, developing and coaching teams and help the firm in achieving their ambitious growth plans for the department. There is a lot of scope with this role and the opportunities and rewards are significant.
