Are you an experienced Senior Building Services Engineer looking for a new opportunity in the heart of Birmingham? Do you want to be based in a brand new office, working closely with an experienced team of Chartered Engineers?
Our client moved to new offices 8 weeks ago and now benefits from a rooftop terrace area, gym and central Birmingham location that is right in the centre of the city and close to both Snow Hill and Grand Central Stations. They work with some of the nations leading property and real estate businesses providing M&E technical management services to their clients on a wide variety of properties in sectors such as offices, leisure, hospitality, retail and education.
As Senior Building Services Engineer you will undertake a number of duties such as compiling vendor reports, maintenance programmes, condition surveys and performance specifications and as a result will need to be able to write professional reports that will be supplied to clients. You will be someone who shows attention to detail and can communicate this clearly and effectively with a professional approach. You will be qualified to degree level and be willing to go the extra mile for your career when required.
The successful Senior Building Services Engineer will ideally be a Chartered Engineer but if not, you will be keen to see this through and will be supported in this process - within this office our client has four engineers who are CIBSE and can support you in your progression. Any relevant M&E qualification will be considered and our client is also willing to consider those who have gone the HND/ HNC route in mechanical, electrical or building services studies.
On offer to the successful candidate is the opportunity to work within a modern and growing business that is in the most exciting and progressive area of Birmingham. You will have the opportunity to progress and receive a salary of £35-45,000 plus benefits dependent on experience. To find out more contact Stephen Brandsma on 0121 631 1751.
