About The Role

The company owes their success to the efficiency of their organisational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, they are seeking an experienced Administration & Operations Manager to oversee daily activities of a small administration department. As an ideal candidate, you'll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing a team toward maximum productivity. You'll be highly skilled in events management, project management and IT management. Additionally, you'll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. Your ultimate responsibility is to increase the operational efficiency in the Operations Department.

This is initially a 12-Month Contract with the successful candidate to be in office on a full-time basis.


* Strong experience in operational and administration management - Working to exceed targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieving SLAs

* Solution-driven, looking at ways and approaches to reorganise and improve the operational area

* Operational excellence, continuous improvement and enhancements of the customer journey embedding outstanding customer service

* Be a key part of the front line team that supports customer on-boarding queries, including acting as the main point of contact for complex queries or escalations.

* Manage and build out the structure, performance, and quality measurable of a team of operations specialists to scale our business operations nationally.

* Good facilitation, negotiation, data management and presentation skills

* Streamline business processes to enhance efficiency

* Overseeing new inbound enquiries and liaising with the relevant stakeholders to improve customer service and help resolve any issues

* Drive the continuous optimisation of processes in the operations department

* Ability to communicate effectively with all of the team, customers and third-party supplier

* Ability to learn about products and services and engage in answering questions from our customers and giving basic advice

Skills and qualifications:

* Previous experience within in operations management, business administration, or related field

* 3+ years' proven experience in an operations management position

* Strong budget development and oversight skills

* Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of operations and customer service

* Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes

* Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
