The Senior Account Manager will act as a central source of project direction and account management expertise in multichannel B2B marketing campaigns. The post-holder will be responsible for leading and shaping client relationships, to maintain and grow allocated accounts - with the key objective of developing, delivering and measuring integrated and impactful post-digital strategies which accelerate value for clients and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Candidate

  • Extensive senior marcomms experience of managing high-profile B2B accounts and providing strategic advice, innovative solutions and effective day to day support, gained in an agency environment
  • A passion for branding and marketing, and a proven ability to devise and deliver multichannel marketing campaigns, ideally to include an international element.
  • Proven team leadership capability, people management and talent development capability.
  • An understanding of the power and potential of digital and social media, including the use of analysis and metrics to drive ROI and value creation.
  • Proven success in winning new business and leading on pitches
  • Excellent commercial awareness, skills and judgement; knowledge and understanding of B2B industries such as manufacturing, built environment, technology or healthcare is desirable.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
