As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for the delivery of PR, Social Media, Internal Communications and Content activity. You will be supporting a number of B2B clients - Industries include plumbing, EV tech, building materials, civil engineering, equipment hire, utilities & logistics.
Your role will be to maintain high levels of Client Service and responsiveness, anticipating problems and flagging concerns in relation to delivery, as well as spotting opportunities to grow the account. Day to day management of Client activity includes setting internal objectives and priorities, supervising activity delivered by others, managing reporting and ensuring client activity is financially managed and budgeted.
- Ideally you will have agency side experience, but this isnt necessary just desriable
- Working experience within PR, social media or digital marketing
- Excellent communicator as you will be dealing with stakeholders across a variety of businesses
- Experience with reporting on PR/Social Media/Marketing activities
- Comfortable dealing with complex scenario's for your clients, as well as supporting with solutions
