Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking an Sales Support Administrator to join a global supplier, based in Birmingham.
Working closely with the sales team to provide fabulous administrative support and excellent customer service to external customers.
- Answering the telephone
- Processing samples and orders
- Produce pricing quotations
- Provide product specific data sheets
- Updating databases
- Compose letters/e-mails as requested
- Experience within a customer services environment
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience working with SAP desirable
- Highly motivated
- Positive can do attitude
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills
