Can you take the Sales and Commercial lead for a growing entrepreneurial group of businesses with a specialism in the automotive aftermarket sector who despite being a young organisation already have a profitable and stable TO in excess of £11M p.a?

This organisation has grown and developed organically and now supplies products and services to an international customer base and into some blue chip end user customers including; Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW to name but a few.

Due to an ever increasing demand for their product set and a very strong pipeline of future orders, they now require the addition of an experienced and commercially astute Sales Manager who can lead, mentor and grow a small but dedicated team of Sales professionals in order to offer a more structured and targeted approach to the growth of the group.

You will be the commercial and outwards sales face of the business to the current key customer accounts as well as develop and grow the pipeline fo new business and new customers across the different business units. You must be a motivator of people, a driver of sales performance and able to nurture and develop key accounts as well as always be looking for that next great opportunity in the market place.

A background in Automotive aftermarket, the OEM dealership network or the automotive aftermarket service and repair industry would stand this person in solid stead for this role but the ability to drive a sales target and commercial budget while being a member of the senior leadership team will be paramount.
