We are currently looking for Administrators to work within a Customer Service Sales department in Solihull, Birmingham.
This role is a fixed term 3-month contract, working on a full-time basis.
- Handling telephone and email queries both from customers, developing strong relationships
- Working to exceed daily and monthly individual and team targets, managed via your own accountability to be productive every working shift
A bit about you:
- Customer service focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a concise, confident and professional telephone manner is essential
- Previous experience working within a similar administrative role
- Superb time management and organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to effectively assess situations and make informed decisions within the process
