Are you an experienced Reward Partner? An opportunity to join this prestigious organisation in this newly created role, will allow you the opportunity to shape, influence and implement a new Reward offering. Based in Birmingham. Salary £44-47k + excellent holidays and pension.
Working as part of a new HR structure, as Reward Partner you will review the current Reward strategy and look to align it to better suit the needs of the organisation, and ensure the attraction and retention of Top Talent.
You will build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation, including the Executive Committee and other Senior Managers. You will be responsible for job evaluation, reviewing Equal Pay, Pay Awards, as well as assisting with the move to a new HRIS system.
As an experienced Reward professional your experience will include Hay Evaluation, and Pensions coupled with excellent stakeholder management and IT capability.
