Managing a small team as Reward Manager you will review and align the current Reward and Benefits strategy and framework. Salary up to £80k + Car Allowance + Benefits.
Working closely with the Board, you will lead on Bench-marking exercises and identify emerging Reward trends, identifying improvements. You will oversee the management of the Payroll Team, with responsibility for Payroll Statutory requirements, rather than the day to day processing of the Payroll.
As Reward Manager, you will have responsibility for managing the budget, you will manage LTIP's, and work as part of the Remuneration Committee. You will lead on the delivery of the pay review and bonus process, and attend Pensions Trustees Meeting.
With extensive experience specifically within Reward and Benefits, you will have -
- Overseen Salary Bench-marking
- Had RemCo and LTIP's experience
- Payroll and Pensions knowledge
