As Reward Coordinator you will be supporting the Reward Consultant on a range of processes such as pay reviews, bonuses and benefit renewals, with a specific focus on benefit administration.
The suitable candidate will have experience working with and analysing people data previously. You will also be confident suggesting ideas and improvements with the rest of the team.
