Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a business based in Cannock to find a Reward Business Partner to join their team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. Offering a salary of up to 45k + Benefits and hybrid working.

As Reward Business Partner you will be providing expert guidance and support to senior leaders on Reward related matters and be ensuring that the Reward strategy translates throughout the business. You will do this by partnering with key stakeholders to align their pay & reward structures, managing pay and benefits bench-marking and implementing plans in order to drive change.

It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of using reward tools and principles. You will be confident, good at building strong relationships and be able to work autonomously.
