I am looking to speak to Reward Advisors for an opportunity with a well-known Birmingham business in North Birmingham who are continuing to grow and have people at the forefront of their mind.
With a background in reward, you will manage the end-to-end reward processes as well as managing all fleet within the business.
The role will involve supporting external partner relationships, responding to all internal reward and fleet enquiries, salary benchmarking, developing policies, pension administration and supporting all reward projects.
- A reward background with experience of developing and implementing new policies and procedures
- Experience of working on fleet projects
- Experience of pension schemes and regulations
- A good understanding of the reward industry and products
- Ideally have experience working within the retail/service industry
