Project Manager - Nottinghamshire - Leading Retail Business - £40,000 (negotiable) - Hybrid Working

We are working with a UK's leading specialist retailer, who is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their development programmes including, new store openings and refurbishments.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has worked in a similar retail environment as a Project Manager, possessing well rounded knowledge and fire in their belly. The business is currently undergoing a lot of changes and has around 85 projects ongoing this year alone. Therefore, there is a great deal of opportunity to develop and grow as the company expands. This is a fast-paced role and will require someone organised, with an eye for detail.

About you:

You will play an integral role in the property team, focusing on project management of new shop and refit projects for a number of sites across the UK.

• Ensure that all work is completed on time and in budget
• Manage and report on project finance
• Excellent customer facing skills and ability to manage contractors
• Build strong relationships with internal and external parties
• Store surveys and undertake shop fitting tenders

Previous experience of project management in a retail / shop fitting setting is essential.
