My client, a large public sector organisation, are currently looking for a Resourcing Coordinator to join their team based in Birmingham City Centre. The role is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate.

As the successful Resourcing Coordinator, you will manage the recruitment administration within a busy recruitment team, particularly with reference to interview booking and scheduling as well as room booking. You will also be looking to deal with meet and greet, documentation packs and other supporting activities. You will liaise with stakeholders both internal and external when necessary.

The Resourcing Coordinator role will involve:

  • Booking interviews and processing open vacancies
  • Keeping Interview trackers up to date and recording on the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage the external facing Recruitment mail box
  • Booking interviews and process for a high volume of open vacancies
  • Keeping various Excel trackers up to date (e.g Interview tracker) so that data can be extracted for reporting purposes and there is a record of all interviews booked that matches the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage the external facing Recruitment mail box
  • Attend, participate and minute meetings, with both internal and external stakeholders, recognising priorities and facilitating follow-up actions
  • General Recruitment Admin and ad hoc duties to support the role

Experience:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work both cooperatively as a team and independently on own initiative
  • Experience of delivering in a busy administration role within an HR environment
  • Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
