Job Title: Resourcing Advisor

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/ Flexible hours/working)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE - plus benefits

Hours: Full time - Permanent Position

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly growing organisation in Birmingham City Centre to find a Resourcing Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a productive team and take the lead on end-to-end recruitment processes for a client in the professional services sector.

The role will involve delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service across the business, managing the entire recruitment process.

Your role will involve:

• Delivering on key recruitment objectives
• Being an advocate for the company brand.
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Using a number of methods to source candidates, i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter
• Managing relationships and providing a quality service
• Developing strong relationships with hiring managers

Ideally, you will have:

• Ability to deliver an effective and efficient solution to recruitment needs
• High level customer service and communication skills
• Time management capabilities
• A solution focused approach to recruitment.
• Be able to work flexibly around the needs of the business.
