Job Title: Resourcing Advisor
Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid role with 3 days on site and two from home)
Salary: Up to £40,000
I am recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor to join an established team for my Birmingham based client.
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will carry out all resourcing activities in line with business needs, whilst ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
The purpose of the role will be to provide an excellent recruitment service and your role will involve:
- Direct sourcing (experience of Linked In Recruiter is advantageous)
- Ensuring all candidates are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
- Working closely with key stakeholders of the business.
- Analysing and tracking of data and leading on projects where required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a internal 360-recruitment role
- Will have worked in a fast paced, corporate environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the hiring managers and wider team.
- Be passionate about delivering a first class candidate experience.
