Working closely with hiring managers across the Society you'll be translating their recruitment requirements to formulate attraction and selection processes which bring the very best talent into the Society. As well as providing the day to day technical advice and support to managers, you will need to ensure that all of our processes and recruitment activities are legally compliant, deliver a fantastic candidate experience and showcase our employer brand in the best way possible.
Working with your hiring managers to agree and deliver recruitment and selection plans and activity, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management
Creating compelling job adverts and recruitment material to attract candidates through diverse channels including our website, job boards and social media
Proactively searching for candidates through direct sourcing with a focus on finding the right talent to support our recruitment plans
Maintaining the in house ATS and associated recruitment KPIs/reports
Promoting a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
Identifying and sharing an awareness of current market trends to inform all recruitment activities
This is a superb opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience in a broad recruitment role that covers the full life cycle of recruitment. Ideally, you'll have experience of resourcing a broad range of roles; from volume recruitment campaigns through to specialised niche roles where great talent is harder to find.
The ideal person for this position will have some previous experience of working with/working for recruitment agencies coupled with experience of using modern sourcing strategies to find great talent.
