Job Title: Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Birmingham

I am currently working with a regional outer city Birmingham firm, who due to the steady growth of the business are looking to appoint a Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor within their head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and firm who pride themselves in providing a high quality and professional service to clients. They are a forward-thinking firm, who offer fantastic support and progression opportunities.

They are interested in applications from those who have 2-3 years PQE, CILEx or CLC, and can demonstrate an existing portfolio of experience in managing your own caseload.

Duties include:

• Managing caseloads on all matters within residential property. Inspection through to completion; inclusive of sales and purchases, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and lease extensions.
• Directly liaising with clients, lenders and estate agents - to offer a full all-round service.
• Developing business and relationships, to meet targeted fee income
