We are working with an exciting organisation that own around 700 properties in the UK within the hospitality sector. They are truly excited and passionate about their brand and place their people and customers first in everything they do. Not only is this company people focused but also very ambitious aiming to reach an estate of 2000 properties within their portfolio by 2020.
They now seek a Regional Property Manager to manage capital expenditure of maintenance and fit out works across their property base in Scotland, the ideal candidate will reside in Scotland.
The successful Regional Property Manager will be able to show a genuine passion for the industry, their role and be a people person. In addition, they will be able to demonstrate a stable career history managing contractors and CAPEX to ensure maximum value for their organisation. Projects will range in size from £3,000 upwards and you will have performed a similar role for either a contractor or client in either hospitality, retail or leisure sectors and are able to demonstrate a clear understanding of works required, agreed budgets and delivery timescales. You will also have experience in assisting colleagues to maintain 100% Statutory compliance and dealing with large scale maintenance issues, from briefing, reviewing and implementing solutions, managing works sign-off.
On offer the successful Regional Property Manager is a base salary of £50,000 - £55,000 car allowance and amazing benefits package.
