My client is currently looking to hire an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join the northern division and assist in the development across 6 sites. This role will play an integral part of the particular business unit contributing to the company's success story. Reporting straight to the Senior Operations Manager and Product Line Director you will control the P&L, directly manage Site Managers across all sites and the wider teams. With an indirect head count of around 45 from production operatives to supervisors this will require you to be able to liaise and communicate at all levels.
The successful Regional Operations Manager will have previous experience of operating across multi sites from the running of production, health & safety and ensuring all KPI's are hit to achieve full capability of the site and going beyond the expectations of key stakeholders. As this role covers 6 sites there is of course travel requirements with the expectations of possible nights away from time to time. Majority of the plants are situated within the Yorkshire and Lancaster areas, with 1 plant in the Scotland region.
