Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, an opportunity for a Regional HR Business Partner - Northern region has arisen. Salary £40-47k.
Due to internal promotion, my client, a progressive, expanding business are recruiting a Regional HR Business Partner to support Directors and Managers across the Northern Region. The role is home-based with travel around 2-3 days per week around your region, managing your own diary. The role will work closely with Senior Managers, coaching and developing Management capability, Engagement, Recruitment, Managing Talent and reviewing current Succession Plans. You will also have exposure to managing company wide HR projects.
This is a diverse and interesting role. As an experienced Regional HR business Partner, you will have worked within a multi-sited role previously. You will have a genuine passion for adding value from a HR perspective, and a can-do attitude.
The role covers sites across Lancashire, Liverpool, Yorkshire, up to Scotland.
