Are you an experienced Regional HR Business Partner who is looking for an opportunity to join an organisation at a time of growth and culture change?

Salary circa £60k + Car/ Car Allowance, + Bonus + Benefits.

Hybrid working - covering sites in the North East and Scotland. Travel to sites when required.

Working as part of a small, friendly and collaborative HR team, as Regional HR Business Partner you will work with your Regional Director to facilitate a positive culture change. This will include organisational design, improving management capability and accountability, retention and recruitment and complex Employee Relations.

As Regional HR Business Partner, you will enjoy working in a multi-sited role, with a level of travel to your sites. You will be excited to join this organisation on their journey, and join a committed, hard-working HR team. You will have managed organisational change previously and be able to demonstrate where you have supported strategically, as well as at times rolling your sleeves up.
