Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner

Location: Northampton (Head Office)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with one of the UK's leading dental groups to find a Regional HR Business Partner. You will be based from their head office in Northampton with a requirement to travel and meet with their practices across England and Wales.

Some key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with key stakeholders to offer HR solutions

- Implementing and contributing to HR strategic initiatives

- Providing performance management guidance

- Advising on recruitment practise

- Managing complex employee relation caseloads

- Driving improvements through consultations

- Supporting on TUPE/Acquisitions

Ideally, you will have:

- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent

- Proven experience in a strategic HRBP role

- Working experience of TUPE legislation

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills

- Understanding of people development methodologies

- Effective communication skills

- Working knowledge of HR operations
