A unique opportunity has arisen as Recruitment Manager, for this Telford based, Tech business. Salary £45-50k + Benefits.
As the Recruitment Manager you will be the main point of contact in understanding stakeholder requirements and providing advice and guidance on routes to market to source niche Technical roles. You will be the point of contact between the stakeholders and the RPO, who will lead in terms of the sourcing of those candidates. Key on the recruitment agenda is advising around increasing Diversity, improving Direct sourcing methods and Talent Pools.
You will improve recruitment delivery into the business, which will involve analysing and presenting market data to report trends, advising colleagues on recruitment best practice, driving collaborative behaviours across the business, working as a mentor to your recruitment colleagues, advocating an inclusive approach to hiring, training recruiters and hiring managers on effective hiring techniques.
As a Recruitment Manager you will be able to utilise your background in Tech/ Engineering Recruitment. You will be able to implement your knowledge around increasing Diversity across hires. You will have managed/ liaised with RPO/ Managed Services structure as well.
