Are you an experienced Volunteer Recruiter Coordinator? Are you looking for a flexible 3 day a week role?

If this is what you are looking for then I have a great opportunity for a Part Time Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing team based in Maidenhead. The role will be to co-ordinate all strands of volunteering activity across the organisation, ensuring volunteers have an excellent experience and all are equally and fairly treated.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection of volunteers
  • Provides a basic induction pack and ensures relevant equipment provided
  • Arrange all suitable clearances/vetting and safeguarding training
  • Provide a quarterly report to the Director General on volunteering
  • Arrange an annual volunteering award event
  • Work with the Web team to create an effective volunteer portal
  • Train project managers and team co-ordinators in managing and supporting volunteers

Beneficial Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the voluntary sector
  • CIPD or degree desirable
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Social Media, Excel and other databases
  • Understanding of HRIS software

Package:

  • Up to £29k (pro rata)
  • 15 hours over 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • 25 days Annual Leave per annum, pro rata
  • 8 paid days per annum, pro rata
  • A Personal Pension Plan up to 13% contribution
