I am currently working in partnership with a manufacturing business based in the Sutton Coldfield area to find a recruitment coordinator to join their growing team. With hybrid working available and a salary of up to £28,000.

As a recruitment coordinator some of your duties will include:

• Managing on-site agency relationships and performance
• Review and improve internal processes relating to recruitment
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their role requirements
• Coach, support and advise managers on best practice recruitment activity
• Arrange interviews on behalf of hiring managers
• Liaise with wider HR team on new hire paperwork and on-boarding etc.
• Conduct company induction
• Updating people trackers and internal systems
• First point of contact for all recruitment queries

Ideally you will have worked as a recruitment administrator or HR coordinator before and will have a keen interest to develop in your recruitment career.
