What will you be doing in your new role?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our organisation by sourcing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from conducting initial screenings and interviews to negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience. Your ability to understand client requirements and match them with the right candidates will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and company culture.
Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate's skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both parties.
Negotiate job offers and assist with the on-boarding process.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar sales-related role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR/Recruitment software.
