We are recognised externally by clients for our excellent service levels and internally by our passion for developing people, collaboration, family orientation, support and trust. Working with already established clients, you must be comfortable promoting our brand to warmer clients and cold calling new businesses to expand your network.
We want our consultants to act as ambassadors for Gleeson, and part of this means giving the market a positive impression of us (and you!) to grow our brand and open up further accounts to the rest of Gleeson. We aim to obtain talented staff who embody the same values as we do, with a proven ability to build and maintain close relationships with both clients and candidates. In fact, we frequently work with our candidates throughout their careers.
