Gleeson Built Environment is a fast-growing division of Gleeson Recruitment Group and on the back of a record start to the year we are now looking to recruit a new Business Partner or Business Manager into our AMAZING central Birmingham office! We work with some of the countries leading private sector organisations helping them find the best property, construction and real estate talent.

So, what would make you a good fit for this role? Well, a liking for meeting new people - and people skills in general - are a must. This is important as we focus on building and developing long-term relationships with our clients, and frequently work with our candidates throughout their careers.
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience and an interest in working in the property and real estate sector! But, if you do not have recruitment experience but have both sales experience and industry experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or real estate then we would like to hear from you too. You'll need to have a willingness to learn, a high level of urgency/competitiveness and be a tenacious character. You will be part of a growing team with great support and opportunity to progress.
