Job Title: Recruitment & Resourcing Business Partner

Location: Solihull - Hybrid working

Salary: up to £50,000 with company benefits including bonus scheme

I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join a Financial Services organisation in Solihull. This is a brand new role being added to the HR Team and will be crucial in the growth of the business.

You will be responsible for:

- Reporting into a CPO and working with key stakeholders across the whole business

- Managing the ongoing and developing relationship with the external Recruitment Partners

- Proactively developing Attraction and Retention initiatives collaboratively with other HR Business Partners

- Supporting workforce planning

- Implementing Early Talent programmes

- And much more!

The successful applicant will have:

- Up to date experience of UK Employment Law

- CIPD or equivalent

- Worked in a Financial Services organisation most recently

- Excellent stakeholder management

- Resourcing best practice

- Knowledge of employee engagement
