Due to the opening of a new site in Birmingham City Centre, this innovative and expanding Financial Services organisation are seeking a Recruitment & HR Business Partner, £40-45k.
As Recruitment & HR Business Partner, you will be in a pivotal role within the Birmingham office, where they are looking to double their employee numbers. You will design and embed the recruitment strategy for the site, working alongside the Hiring Managers to develop appropriate resourcing strategies, and routes to market. This will include managing contractors into the business, which reflects how the business changes and develops dependent on company projects etc. With this you will be able to advise around IR35 changes and implications. As the role develops, you will also have responsibility around elements of HR including employee relations.
As an experienced Recruiter, you will have extensive knowledge and experience of the Contracting Market, with a desire to have the opportunity to expand your experience within the broader HR field. Experience of recruiting Interim Project Managers/ IT Professionals or Insurance professionals would be a distinct advantage.
