Job Title: Interim Recruiter (FTC 6 months)

Location: Halesowen (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £36,000 (DOE)

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a business based in Halesowen, West Midlands to recruit an interim recruiter to join their team for a 6-month FTC.

The role will involve assisting with the immediate hiring needs of the business across departments at all levels.

The role will also involve:

• Delivering key recruitment objectives by providing a high-quality recruitment service.
• Organising interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Updating the company system daily to ensure all candidate details and statuses are correct.
• Delivering on key recruitment objectives

Ideally, you will have:

• A proven-track record within a recruitment environment.
• Experience or knowledge of ATS and developing technology.
• Experience of using a variety of recruitment tools, including LinkedIn and various other recruitment methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple positions.
• Experience of 360-degree recruitment cycles
• Time management capabilities
